REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. GENERAL POLICY

All payments made to Univoz Media (Univoz Studio Inc.) are for digital services, platform access, and setup work.

Due to the nature of these services, all payments are subject to the terms outlined below. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

2.1 Onboarding / Setup Fee

All onboarding or setup fees are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • App creation and configuration

  • Design and setup work

  • Platform initialization

  • Technical preparation and account setup

Once payment is made, work begins immediately; therefore, these fees cannot be refunded.

2.2 Completed Work

Any service that has been:

  • Delivered

  • Completed

  • Configured

  • Or made accessible

is non-refundable.

3. SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS

3.1 Monthly Services

All subscription payments (including platform access, streaming services, and add-ons) are:

  • Billed in advance

  • Non-refundable once the billing period has started

  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle will result in automatic renewal and charge.

3.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation will stop future billing

  • Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time

4. FAILED OR MISSED PAYMENTS

If a payment fails:

  • Services may be suspended or restricted

  • Access may be restored once payment is completed

5. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Univoz Media may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Termination of account access

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issue.

6. EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Billing errors

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

All approved refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Univoz Media.

7. THIRD-PARTY COSTS

Univoz Media is not responsible for refunds related to third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Apple Developer Program fees

  • Google Play Developer fees

  • Domain registrations

  • External hosting services

These are non-refundable and subject to their respective providers.
